DJ gear and equipment including Citronic, Pioneer Pro DJ, Stanton, JBL, Shure
AVE and more. To celebrate our new store, DJ City together with Pioneer
Australia will launch the new CDJ2000 along with a one day crazy sale on
selected items. Shoppers can expect to see a wide selection of the latest
equipment at competitive prices.
Buying Online
Pay buy direct deposit or buy using Bpay. Sorry we don't accept credit card payments over the phone.
Bpay allows you to pay buy your credit card or savings account via your bank's internet banking service.
In Store
Pay buy Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Eftpos GE add on and GE finance.

Prices include 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST) GE Finance can be applied for in person at any DJ City store. You will need to present 2 forms of identification such as a driver's licence or passport and a phone bill, rates notice, Centrelink statement or taxation notice less than three months old. Your application can be processed within a few minutes and you get an answer straight away. Special sale pricing does not apply to items purchased with GE finance on interest free terms.
Returns policy
Please ensure you choose carefully when purchasing. We
do not issue refunds if you simply change your mind about a purchase. If
you change your mind, we can offer you an exchange or a store credit, minus a
25% re-stocking fee.
Items that are faulty out of the box (i.e. dead on arrival)
must be returned within 7 days for exchange. Speakers must be evaluated by
our workshop technician before any exchange can take place. After 7 days
from date of purchase any faulty items must be returned to our workshop for
repair under warranty.
Please retain your receipt and present it when making any
warranty claim. Warranty claims cannot be processed unless you can produce
your proof of purchase.
When you cannot return a faulty item to the store (for
example, if you live outside the Melbourne metropolitan area), please return it
via post or courier to our Dandenong store with a letter that gives your name,
address, invoice number, and a clear description of the fault. Our
workshop will evaluate the fault and return the repaired or replaced item to
you.
